Architect turns a feasibility into drawings. The AI designs the scheme; a deterministic engine measures every setback and every dimension against the Planning and Design Code rather than guessing.

The layout engine takes the brief a feasibility produces, the zone, buildable envelope and yield, and composes the dwelling layout. Nothing is taken on trust: deterministic geometry measures the result, and where the scheme departs from Deemed to Satisfy, the departure is stated in metres and matched against nearby approved precedent from the Development Application Register.

Sheets and CAD out

A dimensioned drawing sheet of the scheme, and DXF that opens clean in CAD, with boundary, envelope, dwellings and dimensions on their own layers.

The plan converter

Existing floor plans, whether scans or PDFs, converted to layered CAD DXF: walls, doors with swing arcs, windows, fixtures and joinery, each recognised for what it is.
